The Executive Wellness Intensive is my most comprehensive private consultation, designed for individuals who value expert guidance and a personalized strategy delivered in a single, high-impact experience.

Before your intensive, you’ll complete a comprehensive health questionnaire, lifestyle assessment, and submit any available laboratory results. This enables me to thoroughly review your case beforehand, allowing us to focus entirely on your unique needs during our session.

During your private 4-hour intensive, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medications, supplements, and laboratory findings through a functional medicine perspective.
